Saving.com.pk publishes Pakistan Prize Bond results, searchable historical data, draw schedules and practical information about buying, claiming, tax, Premium Prize Bonds and related procedures. Our editorial approach is simple: make the information easy to use, identify what is current and what is historical, and check changing financial facts against appropriate official sources before presenting them as current rules.
Prize Bond information can affect real financial decisions. A wrong draw number, outdated tax rate or old claim form is not a small editorial mistake. For that reason, Saving.com.pk gives greater weight to accuracy and source quality than to publishing quickly or producing a large volume of articles.
This page explains the standards we aim to follow when researching, writing, updating and correcting content on Saving.com.pk.

We do not intend Saving.com.pk to become a general finance, stock-market, cryptocurrency, business-news or investment-advice website.
A focused subject makes it easier to maintain useful internal links, keep important pages updated and avoid publishing material simply because a topic happens to attract search traffic.
Our Primary-Source Preference
When a factual rule can change, Saving.com.pk prefers the source responsible for that information.
Our normal source hierarchy is:
1. Central Directorate of National Savings / National Savings Pakistan
National Savings is our primary reference for subjects such as current Prize Bond denominations, draw information, general Prize Bond procedures, Premium Prize Bond information and government-published draw records.
2. State Bank of Pakistan / SBP Banking Services Corporation
SBP and SBP BSC are used when their official circulars, forms, operational procedures, draw schedules, claim instructions or historical Prize Bond notices are directly relevant. SBP BSC currently maintains official National Prize Bond notices, FAQs and forms, including the PB-23 Prize Money Claim Application Form.
3. Federal Board of Revenue
FBR is preferred where the question specifically concerns tax law, filer status or the Active Taxpayers List.
4. Secondary sources
A reputable secondary source may be consulted when the relevant primary information cannot be located, particularly for older historical material. A secondary source should not silently override a newer official notification.
We do not consider another Prize Bond blog to be stronger evidence than a current government document simply because that blog ranks highly in Google.
How We Research Articles
The level of checking depends on the subject.
A general explanation of how to use the Saving.com.pk checker does not require the same research as a page explaining current Prize Bond tax or claim procedures.
For information that can change, we check the relevant current source before publication. Examples include:
- active denominations
- prize amounts and number of prizes
- tax rates
- claim deadlines
- claim locations
- official forms
- purchase procedures
- Premium Prize Bond rules
- draw eligibility
- withdrawal deadlines
- draw schedules
For example, National Savings currently lists Rs.100, Rs.200, Rs.750, Rs.1,500, Rs.25,000 Premium and Rs.40,000 Premium as active denominations. It also currently states a six-year prize-claim period and withholding rates of 15% for filers and 30% for non-filers. Those facts can change, so pages using them should be reviewed against the current source rather than copied indefinitely from an older Saving.com.pk article.
Current Information and Historical Information Are Kept Separate
Prize Bond information has changed considerably over time.
For example, old bearer Rs.25,000 and Rs.40,000 bonds are not the same products as the current Rs.25,000 and Rs.40,000 Premium Prize Bonds (Registered).
Likewise, Rs.7,500 and Rs.15,000 may appear in historical draw records even though they are no longer current denominations.
Saving.com.pk therefore aims to label information according to its period and context.
A historical draw result should remain historically accurate rather than being rewritten to use today’s prize structure. A current denominations page, on the other hand, should not mix withdrawn products into the main active list.
Where a reader could easily confuse an old product with a current one, we explain the distinction directly.
Our Standards for Prize Bond Results
Prize Bond result pages require a different editorial process from normal articles.
For a draw, the important details include:
- denomination
- draw number
- draw date
- draw city
- First Prize winning number or numbers
- Second Prize winning numbers
- complete Third Prize list
- prize amounts where applicable
Winning numbers are stored without deliberately changing their original six-digit format. Leading zeros matter.
For example:
004381
must not become:
4381.
The fuller process is explained on How Saving.com.pk Verifies Prize Bond Results.
The Power Search is provided as a convenient way to search Saving.com.pk’s available database. A database match is useful for locating a result, but the corresponding official record remains the final reference when a financial claim is being made.
Upcoming Draws Are Not Results
Saving.com.pk may publish a page for a scheduled draw before the draw takes place.
An upcoming draw page may contain:
- denomination
- draw number
- scheduled date
- city
It must not contain invented First, Second or Third Prize winners.
Once the actual result is available, the same page can be updated with the published winning numbers.
This avoids creating one URL for the upcoming event and another duplicate URL for the completed result.
Upcoming dates can be followed through the Prize Bond Draw Schedule.
Author Standards
Saving.com.pk content may carry the byline:
Muhammad Nawaz
The author description should remain factual and modest.
Saving.com.pk does not invent degrees, financial-adviser credentials, banking employment, government positions, certifications, awards or professional experience merely to make an article appear more authoritative.
Authority should come from clear explanations, appropriate sourcing and accurate handling of public information, not from unsupported biography.
The content is informational. It should not present the author as a financial adviser, tax consultant, lawyer or government official.
We Do Not Publish Guaranteed Prize Bond Predictions
Saving.com.pk does not claim that a guess paper, VIP number, previous result, mathematical formula or private source can guarantee the next winning Prize Bond number.
National Savings directly states that there is no way to ensure that a purchased Prize Bond will win.
Historical results can be analyzed or searched. That does not turn them into a method for knowing the next result.
Where Saving.com.pk discusses guess papers or prediction claims, the purpose should be educational. The existing Guess Papers section should explain the subject and its limitations rather than promise future winners.
Readers concerned about misleading offers can also see Prize Bond Scams and Fake Winning Claims.
AI and Software-Assisted Tools
Saving.com.pk may use software, automation and AI-assisted tools during parts of the publishing process.
Such tools can help with tasks including:
- organizing research
- drafting or restructuring text
- formatting content
- identifying repetitive wording
- processing Prize Bond data
- creating tables
- checking calculations or structured information
Using a tool does not make the tool an authoritative source.
For financially consequential facts, the aim is to verify the underlying information against the relevant primary source rather than publishing a statement merely because an automated system generated it.
AI-assisted text should also be edited so the finished page is understandable to Pakistani readers and does not contain invented facts, unsupported credentials or fabricated official procedures.
Updating Existing Pages
A page can become inaccurate even if it was correct when originally published.
We therefore give priority to updating pages involving information that changes, including:
- tax
- claim forms
- claim thresholds
- Prize Bond denominations
- Premium Prize Bond rules
- profit rates
- draw schedules
- government deadlines
When a newer official notification replaces an earlier rule, the current page should normally reflect the newer rule.
Historical pages are handled differently. Old information that is necessary to explain what happened should be retained but clearly identified as historical.
How We Handle Conflicting Information
Official sources do not always update at exactly the same time.
When two official pages appear to disagree, we consider factors such as:
- which institution is responsible for the specific procedure;
- document publication date;
- whether one document explicitly updates another;
- whether the information is operational or only general guidance.
Where the conflict materially affects the reader, we may explain it rather than pretending no difference exists.
We do not choose whichever version happens to be more convenient for an article.
Corrections
Saving.com.pk aims to correct material factual errors when they are confirmed.
Examples include:
- wrong winning number
- incorrect draw number
- wrong draw date or city
- outdated tax rate presented as current
- incorrect prize amount
- wrong claim form
- broken official-source link that prevents verification
- current and historical products being mixed together
A wording preference or disagreement over writing style is different from a factual error.
Readers can report a possible problem through Contact Us. A useful report should include the page URL, the detail believed to be incorrect and, where possible, the official source that supports the correction.
We do not promise an unrealistic fixed correction time, because some issues require checking historical documents or conflicting records.
Advertising Does Not Decide Editorial Content
Saving.com.pk may display advertising, including advertising on Prize Bond result pages.
Advertising placement does not determine:
- which Prize Bond number is shown as a winner;
- which government rule is described;
- how a source is evaluated;
- whether an error is corrected; or
- whether a product is described positively or negatively.
An advertisement is not an endorsement by Saving.com.pk.
Editorial content and advertising should remain distinguishable so readers can tell the difference between information published by the site and a paid advertising placement.
Independence
Saving.com.pk is an independent information website.
It is not operated by:
- Central Directorate of National Savings
- National Savings Pakistan
- State Bank of Pakistan
- SBP Banking Services Corporation
- Federal Board of Revenue
- Government of Pakistan
References to these organizations identify authoritative public sources; they do not imply affiliation, approval or endorsement.
When an official decision matters—for example, acceptance of a winning claim, tax treatment, eligibility or validity of a form—the relevant government institution remains the final authority.
What Readers Should Expect From Saving.com.pk
Our editorial standard is not that every page will remain correct forever without review. Prize Bond procedures change.
The standard we aim for is more practical:
use the strongest available source, clearly separate current and historical information, avoid unsupported predictions, correct material mistakes, and make important information easier for Pakistani readers to understand and verify.
You can search available results through Power Search, see upcoming dates on the Draw Schedule, read common answers in the FAQs, or report an issue through Contact Us.
FAQs
Is Saving.com.pk an official National Savings website?
No. Saving.com.pk is an independent information website. National Savings, SBP/SBP BSC and other government institutions are referenced because they publish authoritative Prize Bond information, not because Saving.com.pk is affiliated with them.
Does Saving.com.pk manually guarantee every winning number?
No. Saving.com.pk organizes published draw information into a searchable database and checks draw details as part of its publication workflow. For a financial claim, the corresponding official government record remains the final reference.
Does Saving.com.pk use AI to write content?
AI-assisted and software tools may be used for drafting, organization, formatting and data-related work. They are not treated as primary factual sources. Changing Prize Bond rules should be checked against the appropriate National Savings, SBP/SBP BSC or FBR material before publication.
Can advertisers influence Saving.com.pk Prize Bond results?
Advertising does not determine the winning numbers stored in the database, the editorial interpretation of an official rule or whether a confirmed error is corrected.
Can readers request a correction?
Yes. Use the Contact Us page and include the URL, the suspected error and any relevant official evidence. Reports involving exact draw numbers or bond numbers are particularly helpful.
Does Saving.com.pk publish guaranteed Prize Bond numbers?
