Saving.com.pk welcomes specific, useful feedback that helps us keep Prize Bond results and information accurate.
Please remember that Saving.com.pk is an independent information website. We are not National Savings, SBP BSC or a government Prize Bond claim office. We cannot approve a prize claim, release prize money, replace a lost bond or change an official government record.

A simple contact form should request:
- Name
- Email address
- Subject
- Message
You may also include an optional field for the Saving.com.pk page URL when a visitor is reporting an error.
Reporting a Prize Bond Result Error
Prize Bond result lists contain many numbers, so a useful error report should identify the exact draw involved.
If you believe a Saving.com.pk result is incorrect, please include:
- Prize Bond denomination
- draw number
- draw date, if known
- draw city, if relevant
- exact Prize Bond number
- First, Second or Third Prize tier
- URL of the Saving.com.pk result page
- what appears to be wrong
- official source showing the different result, if available
For example, this is helpful:
Rs.750 Draw #107 — Saving.com.pk shows 004831, but the official result appears to show 004381.
A message such as “your result is wrong” is much harder to investigate because it does not identify the affected record.

Reporting a Missing Winning Number
If your number appears in an official Prize Bond result but is not found through Power Search, please send us the details.
Include:
Denomination → Draw number → Bond number → Prize tier → Official result reference
Also make sure the number was entered with all six digits.
For example:
004381
should not be reported or searched as:
4381
Leading zeros are part of the Prize Bond number and are preserved in the Saving.com.pk database.
Reporting Outdated Prize Bond Information
Government rules can change.
You can contact us if a Saving.com.pk page appears to contain outdated information about:
- Prize Bond tax
- filer/non-filer rules
- Prize Bond claim forms
- claim deadlines
- claim locations
- Premium Prize Bond rules
- profit rates
- current denominations
- buying procedures
- encashment procedures
- draw schedules
- discontinued Prize Bonds
Where possible, include a link to the newer National Savings, SBP/SBP BSC or FBR information.

Technical Problems
You can also contact us when something on Saving.com.pk does not work as expected.
Useful reports include problems with:

- missing result information
For a technical issue, please mention:
- the page URL;
- what you were trying to do;
- what happened instead;
- whether you were using a mobile phone or computer;
- your browser, if known.
A screenshot can also be useful when the problem is visual.
Questions About Prize Bond Claims
Saving.com.pk publishes general information about claiming Prize Bond winnings, but we cannot process or approve a claim.
If you have found a winning number, first verify the corresponding official result. Then follow the current authorized claim procedure.
Saving.com.pk cannot:
- approve a winning Prize Bond;
- tell an official office to accept a claim;
- release prize money;
- change tax deducted from a prize;
- issue an official claim form;
- extend a government claim deadline.

For final confirmation involving an actual financial claim, use the appropriate official National Savings or SBP BSC channel.
Do Not Send Sensitive Financial Information
Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information through the Saving.com.pk contact form.
In particular, do not send:
- ATM PIN
- online-banking password
- mobile-banking password
- OTP
- card security code
- complete debit or credit card details
We do not need these details to investigate a Saving.com.pk content or database issue.
If you are reporting a result problem, the Prize Bond number, denomination and draw information are normally much more useful.
Avoid attaching full identity or banking documents unless there is a genuine reason and you know exactly who is requesting them.
Prize Bond Predictions and VIP Number Requests
Saving.com.pk does not provide guaranteed future winning numbers.
Please do not contact us asking for:
- 100% winning numbers;
- secret formulas;
- VIP numbers;
- confirmed First Prize numbers before a draw;
- government insider numbers;
- guaranteed guess papers.
Historical results can be searched, but they do not reveal the next official winning number.

Advertising and Business Enquiries
Saving.com.pk may display advertising, but advertising is kept separate from our Prize Bond result and editorial processes.
A commercial relationship does not allow an advertiser to:
- change a winning number;
- influence a factual correction;
- determine which government source we use;
- obtain a guaranteed positive article;
- make Saving.com.pk endorse a prediction scheme.
If you are contacting us about a legitimate advertising or website-related matter, clearly identify the purpose of your message.
We do not accept claims that require us to present misleading Prize Bond predictions or fake government affiliation.
Corrections and Editorial Feedback
We welcome correction reports.
A factual correction may involve something such as:
- wrong draw date;
- wrong city;
- incorrect winning number;
- incorrect prize amount;
- outdated government procedure.
An editorial suggestion may involve:
- wording;
- page organization;
- readability;
- navigation;
- design.
Both types of feedback can be useful, but factual correction reports are checked against the relevant source before important information is changed.

Response Times
Some questions can be checked quickly. Others involve an old draw, a long Third Prize list or historical government records and require more verification.
For that reason, Saving.com.pk does not promise an unrealistic fixed response time for every message.
Sending complete information in your first message can make a report much easier to review.
