This is currently the largest First Prize among the ordinary bearer denominations of Rs.100, Rs.200, Rs.750 and Rs.1,500.
Second Prize — Rs.1 Million
Three numbers receive:
3 × Rs.1,000,000 each

How to Check an Rs.1,500 Prize Bond Number
There are two practical ways to check.
If you know the exact draw, open that Rs.1,500 result page and search your number there.
If you have had the bond for several draws, use Power Search to check against available historical records.
Always enter all six digits.

A historical match still needs to be considered together with the original draw date, particularly because prize claims have a time limit.
When Is an Rs.1,500 Bond Eligible for a Draw?
National Savings currently states that a Prize Bond must have been issued at least 60 days before the relevant draw date to qualify for a prize.
National Savings also describes the 60 days before a draw as the shut period, during which authorized organizations stop selling that denomination.
So buying or obtaining a newly issued Rs.1,500 bond only a few days before qura andazi does not make it eligible for that immediate draw.
The issue date matters.
Does the Draw City Affect Your Chance of Winning?
No. A city such as Lahore, Sialkot, Faisalabad or Hyderabad identifies where the draw is scheduled, not where the winning Prize Bond must have been purchased.
For example, the 17 August 2026 Rs.1,500 draw was scheduled in Faisalabad. That does not restrict eligible winning bonds to people who live in Faisalabad or bought their bonds there.
The city is mainly useful for identifying the correct draw and result.
Where Can You Buy an Rs.1,500 Prize Bond?
Rs.1,500 is an ordinary bearer National Prize Bond.
National Savings says Prize Bonds can be purchased through official channels including National Savings Centres and State Bank/SBP BSC channels before the applicable shut period.
Because this is a bearer instrument, keeping the physical bond secure is important.
It is different from an Rs.25,000 or Rs.40,000 Premium Prize Bond, where ownership is registered.

Rs.1,500 Prize Bond Tax
The Rs.3,000,000 First Prize and other prize amounts are gross figures before withholding tax.
National Savings currently states:
- 15% for filers
- 30% for non-filers.

How Rs.1,500 Qura Andazi Works
Prize Bond holders commonly use qura andazi or lucky draw to describe the balloting.
National Savings states that Prize Bond draws are conducted by a committee constituted by the Central Directorate of National Savings and that winning numbers are selected through a hand-operated draw machine in a process open to the general public.
National Savings also says there is no way to ensure that a purchased Prize Bond will win.
That means a historical database can tell you whether an Rs.1,500 number appeared in an earlier result.
It cannot tell you which number will win the next Hyderabad draw.
